Here’s a sweet combination: the melt-in-your-mouth taste of campfire s’mores in the festive holiday shape of mini gingerbread cookies. Two Hearts Bakery in San Francisco creates these treats for us by hand, one batch at a time.

• The graham crackers are baked with a touch of wildflower honey and Saigon cinnamon, and then dipped in Guittard milk or dark chocolate and piped with vanilla icing buttons.
• Fresh marshmallow filling is flavored with Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
• 4.2 oz. set of 8 s’mores; four of each flavor.
