We call them “Luxembourgers”, but they are also known as French macarons, these hand-piped, meringue treats are filled with flavored buttercreams of coffee, pistachio, almond-citrus, raspberry, pumpkin and cinnamon, and our chocolate lux is filled with chocolate ganache.
