Named in honor of the Poderio of fire, Grandfather Fire is the most powerful and ancient of the five biggest Poderios (forces of nature in Toltec mythology). To the Toltecs old age meant wisdom, strength, and potency. Weweteotl’s dark chocolate ganache blazes with fiery pulla, arbol, and cascabel chilies. These flavors are heightened with ground black pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla. A dusting of sweet paprika tops it off.
