This hot and spicy sauce (Arrabbiata means “angry”) is the easiest to prepare pasta sauce ever, but it is also one of the best and most famous. Very popular in Italy and in Italian restaurants all over Europe, it is not well known in North America, because here, when they serve a tomato sauce with chili pepper, they call it “hot and spicy marinara”, unfortunately!
